CONDITION OF BIDDING

               ITEM CONDITION

This item is sold AS-IS. The Native Village of Georgetown makes NO warranty of the condition of the motor nor accuracy of the description. Each bidder shall be responsible for verifying the accuracy of the description and the condition of the item.

               TERM OF SALE

 The successful bidder shall be provided a written “Notice of Award” within fourteen (14) days after bid closing date. The successful bidder shall make full payment with cash or a cashier’s check made payable to the Native Village of Georgetown and shall arrange to pick up the Motor within Fourteen (1) days of the Notice of Award.

DEFAULT OF SALE:

Motor not paid for within the timeline provided shall forfeit their claim to the motor and shall not be eligible to bid on future items. If the item is not picked up with the timeline provided, payment for the vehicle may be retained, in whole or in part, by the Native Village of Georgetown for damages. If the bidder forfeits claim to bid, the Native Village of Georgetown may, at its discretion, offer the vehicle to the next highest bidder
